in ceramic sculpture, it's important to sketch ideas before you try them. that way, when they are going to fail miserably, you have some idea before you spend hours working.

of course, sometimes if you like the sketch too much, you will try anyway, despite all odds. *cough*

which is what i did here.

there's no picture of a finished piece because it broke under its own weight whilst drying. design flaw. my bad.
